"Got hail is the best shop I have ever been to. I had hail damage over most of my brand new 2021 VW Tiguan which they did a great job at repairing. That is only a part of what they did. I travel for work and they let me drop the car off before I left for work and when they completed work on it, they delivered it. My car made it home before I did!! They also offered to arrange a rental car, if needed. Before I went to see them I was already getting a headache thinking about dealing with the insurance company. I had no need to worry as they handled that as well and even covered my deductible. I was updated by email through the repair process. They understand what a pain things like this are and do everything they can to make the process painless. They give old fashioned customer service and treat you like an old friend. "I had a great experience with gothail from start to finish, great company! A hail storm hit my Audi S4 3 weeks ago and about 3 days later I got a knock on my door to talk about hail. Gothail helped get on the phone with an insurance claim adjuster and they covered my deductible as well. They then booked a rental car for me, at their expense, and met me at the rental place shortly after I first met with them. After a bit over a week, my car was fixed and they delivered it to my workplace. The car was delivered to me cleaned, vacuumed and I paid a reasonable price to have a couple other previous dents removed and the paint/scratches touched up and polished. Chris did a great job on the detailing. It looks stunning! It was a breeze, would definitely recommend!"
