"Got hail is the best shop I have ever been to. I had hail damage over most of my brand new 2021 VW Tiguan which they did a great job at repairing. That is only a part of what they did. I travel for work and they let me drop the car off before I left for work and when they completed work on it, they delivered it. My car made it home before I did!! They also offered to arrange a rental car, if needed. Before I went to see them I was already getting a headache thinking about dealing with the insurance company. I had no need to worry as they handled that as well and even covered my deductible. I was updated by email through the repair process. They understand what a pain things like this are and do everything they can to make the process painless. They give old fashioned customer service and treat you like an old friend. If you’re unfortunate enough to get hail damage, do yourself a favor a go see the folks at GotHail."

"I had a great experience with gothail from start to finish, great company! A hail storm hit my Audi S4 3 weeks ago and about 3 days later I got a knock on my door to talk about hail. Gothail helped get on the phone with an insurance claim adjuster and they covered my deductible as well. They then booked a rental car for me, at their expense, and met me at the rental place shortly after I first met with them. After a bit over a week, my car was fixed and they delivered it to my workplace. The car was delivered to me cleaned, vacuumed and I paid a reasonable price to have a couple other previous dents removed and the paint/scratches touched up and polished. Chris did a great job on the detailing. It looks stunning! It was a breeze, would definitely recommend!"
